Audio output switching on iOS5

In the past, when I climbed into my car, my music would just start playing via bluetooth. The phone still connects but the sound doesn't play, I have to switch to radio then back to BT on the car then it works.

This changed right after my iOS5 upgrade. I've seen someone with a similar problem on their appleTV. Anyone else? Any ideas?
