I have converted a yon of AVI files to MV4 via quciktime pro to watch on apple tv. For sonme reason on one of the movies. the audio and video are about a second or two off. THe avi file is perfect...but once converted its not...i have used quicktine, easywmv, ffmpegX, all seem to have this delay...is there a way of watching the avi file via apple tv?

or is there another program to convert with (free)...thx

I Have handbreak, im looking for a solution to the video/audio sync issue.

I was wondering this as well. My copy of Step brothers is an excellent .avi, but any time i have tried to convert it the audio, and the video end up way off. Is there anyway i can adjust my Visual Hub settings to account for it?

Yes, unfortunately, this happens when a cheap encoder is used to encode the original signal, and the original signal may have had its Time-Base signal missing (like videotape).

I need to find this also, will check back if I find anything.
