iPhone Authenticator app - what to do when buying a new iphone?

I use Raivo as my authenticator app. Just wondering how to transfer all the data to my new iphone? Considering getting iphone 14 from 12

you need to look in there settings to see if there’s a back up feature. I use them Microsoft Authenticator and it backs up via iCloud as one option.

Looks like that app does do iCloud backup as well as export.

But from the sound of things, probably will be easy via iOS quick start/transfer settings & data between devices as appears should transfer over to new device and fire-up. Eg. not needing to go through an authorization process like more commercial apps like Authy.

Sorry I have never used anything like this before, how does it work? I dont use icloud as well but i can turn it on just to transfer the raivo data
