Authoring DVD w/ square pixels on dvd studio pro

I have to make a dvd from a flash animation that was converted to quicktime.
The animation was done in flash therefore it has square pixels.

DVD Studio pro (v.3) offers the possibility to change between square and rectangle pixels. However even when I put square pixels when I preview it, it shows rectangle ones.

How can I fix this so that the image will not damaged?
