hello. i cant get my apple tv to play any music or video which i have purchased thru itunes music store. every thing else plays fine and photos are working good. i,ve tried to authorise deauthorise my imac but still no change. anybody have any ideas as to what i must do to watch stuff on my apple tv ? thanx for any help, lee.

sorry to hear you are aswell. apple support is rubbish. I have finally got mine working, this is how I did it. I unplugged my apple tv for a few hours, then unplugged my time capsule. I then connected the atv to the tcapsule via Ethernet. then I turned apple tv on and waited till the light was white. then I plugged the tcapsule back in. after a few minutes I tried the apple tv and it worked. hope this helps you. I,m gonna try it without the Ethernet cable later.
just an update. i,ve just unplugged the ethernet cable and that was it. everything works great. didnt have to mess about with settings etc... the apple guy said it might be a bug or an emerging software glitch. seems to be working properly tho, now!!!!
