Does anyone know for sure if I will be able to pre-order and then purchase the iPhone 4 at Best Buy by being an authorized user on the account? My father is the primary account holder. I know the Apple Store requires the primary account holder and can't take an authorized user...Is Best Buy the same?

i have made my BF an authorized user on my account and for some reason whenever it comes to anything with the account they won't let him change it without them calling me first... would check with best buy before going, but even then they probably won't know what's going on till launch.
