Is it somehow possible to make mac enable the bluetooth automatically when using in clamshell mode? I am using it with external Cinema Display and it would be nice if I should not open the display every time I forgot to enable bluetooth to use it with Magic Mouse.

I don't know of a way to do that, but I think most of us just leave BT on all the time whether in clamshell or not. Why are you turning it off?

Saving battery + using same mouse with two macbooks hence making problems

ControlPlane worked perfectly for this. Yay.

Why did I want to do this.... because disconnecting the laptop from the Thunderbolt display and using it in another room in the house was at just the right distance away from keyboard and mouse to get perpetual disconnected/connected popups from them. So I'd disable bluetooth. Then forget about it before plugging back into the monitor... on a stand behind the monitor that makes it tricky to open just to enable bluetooth.
