Hey, y’all.

So coming to the OLED of the Max from an 8+, and was wondering what experience any iPhone X users with the setting and battery life.
I generally kept my previous phones at 20% and left them there.

On? Off? Anyway to calibrate this thing?

I used auto brightness for a little while but, in low light the screen is too dim for my liking. It works great in normal or bright lighting though. I usually just leave the screen at around 30% and it suits me in most situations. As far as calibration, I just went into a pitch black room to see if it dims the screen to the lowest setting. If it doesn’t I turn the brightness down all the way manually then go into direct sunlight and see if it goes to full brightness.
