Auto brightness control cydia tweak

Is there any jailbreak tweak that works in iOS 10 that automatically controls the brightness on a iPad based on app or better than iOS does?

Also different profile brightness setting when plugged in if possible like windows has I guess.

I found dimme but it only prevents dim on ac

Try adjusting the max lux value in the Settings.
