Hello,

In MAIL:

It is automatically capitalizing the first letter of every sentence at the beginning of the line.

Even when the words that appear there are just additional text from the preceding line.
It is assuming that it is (always) a brand new sentence.

How do I tell it not to do this ? Looked most everywhere, but cannot seem to find an option for disabling this "feature".

Thanks,
Bob

My Mail app doesn't do the same. You can turn off system wide auto capitalisation in System Preferences under the keyboard settings.

You could also try going to a new line with ctrl+return, as this, at least in apps like Pages, creates a continued line break, rather than a new line break, the difference being that style is maintained.

Hi

Thanks, as always, for the help.

Guess I just assumed it was a
MAIL setting.

Bob
