Is there a way to stop iOS from auto capping the c when I type “when Can I”?

Have you tried resetting the keyboard dictionary?

What C DM suggested sounds the best but another workaround might be to set up a shortcut in your keyboard to automatically replace the phrase with the same phrase but with a lowercase C.

So when you type/autocorrect types: when Can I
It will replace it with: when can I

Thanks. Will try to reset dictionary first then set autocorrect if necessary.
