iPhone Auto-Dimming when re-springing from Springtomize2

Every time i respring from Springtomize 2, my brightness automatically goes all the way down until I adjust it again. Anyone else have this problem?

Happens to me too. A fix has been submitted to Cydia. For me, when I respring and the screen brightness goes all thew ay down, instead of unlocking the device, I just wait for the screen to automatically turn off and then when I turn it back on it's back to the normal setting. You can try that until the update is live. Others say they just press the lock button to shut the screen off and when they turn it back on, the brightness is normal again. One of these should work for you.

thanks for the quick reply, by any chance do you have any problems changing the carrier name from springtomize2?
 
Happens to me too. Thanks for the submit I did also. Can't change carrier name with either. Also the dock theming, hiding alarm on status bar doesnt work either.
 
I've noticed that alarm icon hiding doesn't work either.

I've noticed that since I uninstalled NCsettings and went back to sbs settings, the auto dimming issue is gone.

I'm leaning towards ncsettings rather then springtomize.
 
I have the same problem, and I do what Bumpy said, which is I just wait for the screen to turn off, and then unlock it afterwards. As far as the carrier name, I had no problem changing it.
 
So from what I have read from both developers, the dimming issue has to deal with NCSettings. I believe there is an update coming within a week that should fix that problem.

The carrier name issue is a known bug with Springtomize. The developer stated on twitter that a fix will be coming with the update he is currently working on. Should be a day or two from what I can tell.

FYI, the dev released a huge update to Cydia fixing all these problems. It should be available with 24 hours.

Neither my girlfriend or I have NCSettings and both have the dimming issue?

After it resprings just hit the power button and check again... It comes back to normal...

Wow, that's strange. Perhaps it's an issue with both tweaks? I know that the dev of NCsettings has stated it's a known problem with his tweak. I guess once the next Springtomize update comes we can see how it's working for everyone.
 
I also had this happen a few times. The first couple was just after jailbreaking with no tweaks installed. I believe it's more a jailbreak bug than the tweaks mentioned here.
 
I have only Springtomize and its dimming the screen to the lowest setting. I can actually watch it happen. I can turn it back up and within 30sec it will back to low. Downloaded the update with no change. I'm about to uninstall the app.

Same here. Auto brightness is wonky on my iP5 JB and I don't have Springtomize2 installed.
 
When this happens I just lock and unlock my device. I was having that problem before I jail broke. My phone would occasionally dim down and I'd have to lock and unlock to fix
