Auto fill/floating keyboard - iPadOS

The autofill/floating keyboard bar that used to appear along the bottom centre of the screen when you were typing in a field, well, it’s now minimised to the bottom corner of the screen. So I have to tap that icon then the bar appears with the auto fill/password items. This is really annoying as it’s now 2 taps instead of 1. Does anyone know how to change this?

Same problem here.

Whenever an external keyboard is connected (even a Magic Keyboard), the autofill/suggestions floating bar hides itself to the bottom left corner. Haven’t found a setting to change this. I’ve noticed also that the problem first appeared when the iPad was updated to iPadOS 15.2

Side question to @libdom - is your iPad connected to Microsoft Intune? Mine is, and I thought this might cause the issue.

Well, for some reason the keyboard bar is back to the unhidden state again ?‍♂️
