Anyone else having this issue? Seems like it has been happening since the latest Ipad OS update.
Essentially, my auto-lock will not engage. So, if I put the ipad down and don't hit the lock screen button, the screen will stay on and the battery will drain to 0.
So far I have tried:
-) Restarting the ipad
-) changing auto-lock from two to five minutes. (trying various lock times).
-) reset all settings (this corrected the issue for only a moment).
-) spoke to apple support and recreated the issue multiple times for them. Apparently, their engineers are now looking into it.
That being said, curious if I'm the only one or if this is a more widespread issue with the latest ipad os.
Running 15.5. Device is ipad Pro 11" (2021)
