So I took a photo of the dog earlier and looking at it, this has appeared in the top right - does anyone know what it is/does?

I am not sure what the auto means but I know the box with the star means you can zoom out more on the picture after the fact (for 30 days).

It’s auto crop. It used the extra photo info from the wider camera to recrop the image.
