My wife and I both have iPhones. She has a regular 7 and I have a 7+. When I tilt my phone over from Portrait to Landscape, all my apps rotate. Even while in my settings. On my Wife's phone, hers do not. I have the Portrait orientation off on both phones. When I pull up pics or looking at the internet, her phone rotates. Just not on the home screen or settings screen like mine does. Maybe I'm missing something or maybe the 7+ does it because it has a larger screen. I don't know. Any suggestions? I have raise to wake turned off on both phones also.

Makes perfect sense. We just made the jump from Android and were confused as to why one phone did it and the other didn't. Thank you.

No problem. You'll notice other little differences where the plus acts more like a small iPad as you go on too. For example mail in landscape mode on the 7+ has the two pane layout (list on the left, mail content on the right). the plus isn't fully ipad-esque though and, for example, doesn't have split view or slide over multitasking.

Anyway, enjoy. Me and the gf are a bit jealous of your new kit ;)

I use the "small" iPhone 7 and find it annoying that there is not at least an option to allow for the home screen to be rotated. 5.5" isn't near tablet size and if they have it in the OS for the 7+, why not at least allow for it on a 4.7" screen? Very useful when mounted to a dashboard in a car.

Also, it's not like the 7+ provides more icon rows or columns...just more spacing between them.
