Auto Rotation Issue on 7 Plus with iOS 11

Is anyone else having an issue with the rotation on the home screen? It works in apps but going home only does portrait. Worst of all is that if I leave it held in portrait my multitasking previews on sideways too.

My phone is in standard view and I have tried toggling it back and forth. It works after a reboot for about five minutes.

Could it be an issue from restoring from a 5s backup?

Do you have zoomed display mode set? Go to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> View. If this is set to Zoomed, the Plus Models won’t auto rotate the home screen. Change it to Standard and auto rotate of the home screen should work. You’ll also get split screen in the Mail app.
