auto-thumbnail web gallery?

I'm looking to just FTP some photos into a directory, and then some PHP-ish script would automatically make thumbnails and make a really basic gallery with them.

Any ideas?

look around hotscripts.com for what you want.. they have tons, most of them require your server to be running GD... doesn't come stock but it can be added... if your hosting off site most will have it.. good luck
