So I have it all setup to auto update now, and there is one thing that I really do not like about it. If I take my ipod and listen to it while mowing the lawn and then reconnect it to iTunes, it completely wipes the increased play count from listening to it away from my computer. I would think that the opposite would be true since this is a portable music device. The software should be smart enough to realize that since the last time the iPod was connected, that a song has been listened to and adjust the library accordingly...
