I have been trying to use Autocad 2010 on my MacBook (specs in sign:2.4ghz/4GB RAM) under winxp pro sp2 using the recent version of vmware fusion..
Everything runs REALLY slow, when i launch fusion and do VERY BASIC 2D work ( I am taking a beginners course at college).
I would be just using AutoCad on the VM and safari on OS X, nothing more than that.
I tried running with default ram/cpu settings, tried using nearly 2GB for the virtual machine, tried using 2 cores, but nothing works well...everything runs very slow..
I'd rather not run bootcamp...but i will do that if there is no other way...I have 4GB of RAM and my machine can't run Autocad properly..
Thanks for any help.
