autocomplete in Safari

Some sites disable a browser’s AutoFill feature on certain pages...and being "new" to OS X, I'm unsure if there is a known fix for it. Surfing around I found a site that allows downloading a "fix" for it. Is anyone familiar with "http://magicpubs.com/mac/software/autocomplete/" and the fix listed? Is it OK to use? No problems? Is there something better?

Just a hint for other times, when its on versiontracker it should be fine. http://www.versiontracker.com/ its great for finding freeware and shareware.
