Running ios15.1

I've noticed in the last 2-3 weeks, that more legitimate words are being autocorrected. For instance it turned tea into yea; despite me correctly spelling it. Another one that caught me a couple times was "gold" -> Good

I had to double check my keyboard language settings, but they're correctly set to English - Australia.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm on iOS 14 and it tried to autocorrect tea to yea. I corrected it and now it lets me type tea normally.

It’s getting worse and worse with each new version of iOS. On my iPhone 6+ running iOS 9, I hardly made any mistakes and the ones that did show up from auto correct we’re few. Now with iOS 14 it’s error after error of autocorrect mistakes that I have to go back and fix. It’s really a lot worse in iOS 14 compared to iOS 9. I can only assume iOS 15 is even worse.

This. Autocorrect used to be rather incredible. I could type without looking and it would come out fine. But nowadays I get the same thing as the OP. Legitimate correct words and phrases are “corrected” to complete gibberish. (Yes I’ve reset the dictionary countless times)

Yes, me and my friends have made the same observation - it gets worse with each release (German keyboard) …
Honestly, this makes the 1.000 € iPhone feel like a cheap knockoff (software wise). I hope they will put some effort in the future and hire some people, managing the dictionary (or change the structure or in the worst case fire the current manager / team and replace them).
