I've never seen it mentioned, is there a reason for that, mostly people seem to talk about subler, handbrake, iflicks etc.
 
Is it better than Handbrake? Does it profit any additional benefit beyond Handbrake besides that it is an option?

I found a walk through of how to automate the process of taking a download, converting it and sticking it in itunes. And the conversion process was the simplest bit of the tutorial, the link is here http://www.mactalk.com.au/content/organising-media-hazel-part-1-1017/
