What I'd like to do is get iTunes to automatically switch the Equalizer settings when I activate remote speakers in iTunes.
I have a Tivoli radio hooked up to my Airport Express and I just want to make sure I get a custom EQ setting (less bass) when I connect to it.

Anybody aware of a way to tell iTunes "if remote speakers XY activated, change EQ to preset Z"?

Thanks

There will be an AppleScript for this somewhere, but I can't find one.

I'll be watching this topic to see.

unfortunatly same problem here.
my speakers are too loud (and without a volume controller), and i need to set a pre-amp reduction into the itunes EQ.
I really hate to switch every time!

someone knows a software (or even hardware) soluction?

I think you can do custom EQ's for speakers via Airfoil. I've never tried it myself, but you may want to check it out.
