Automatic Download Music....Pls help!

Hi Guys,

I can't get the Automatic Downloads for Music to work.

I see the cloud in the iTunes app but not in the store settings...

Same in iTunes preferences

Any ideas??? PS everything else looks good, iCloud is working, iOS 5 on iPhone 4 in question and Lion 10.7.2

Also I can redownload music through the iTunes app, and see all my old downloaded music etc,

I'm just missing the option to enable auto download.

pps: tried the basics (restart, sign in and out of iTunes, deauth and reAuth my computer.

Also I live in Ireland (Dublin) FWIW/
