iPhone Automatic download retry

Here's the catch, I am unfortunately in an area of low connectivity, and my Iphone 5 keeps on failing app downloads. I have to stay to my phone the whole time and keep on hitting retry time and again, which is a sheer waste of time. I cannot babysit it like this the whole time. Is there something there I can do to that my phone will automatically retry failed downloads without me babysitting? And I am on ios 7.1.2 and jailbroken. I use 3G restrictor to download apps using my carrier network as I don't have access to wifi. Kindly help me on this. Thank you.

I always have this issue when I'm abroad and connectivity is poor. I've learned to just not start downloads I'm not confident will finish, because often it gets halfway through and times out, thus leaving you with an unusable app. There's no way around it (aside from using a couple apps we're not allowed to talk about that rhyme with RapFlake, hehe). Not necessarily a way to steal apps, but if you own the app and want to update, it downloads the app first, then installs it only when fully downloaded, so if your connection drops you're not left with unusable apps. It's not ideal, but works. Just don't use said app to steal.

I would install a tweak like this. I'm a fan of these types of modifications and it is very annoying when downloading a huge game like the walking dead via wifi and it constantly fails.

OP, have you tried requesting this over at Reddit in the jailbreak subreddit? There's tons of developers who post and you might be able to get some feedback if this is even possible or not. If you don't, I'll post it and see what happens.
