iPhone Automatic reader view in safari?

I’ve searched the web and can’t find an answer that’s actually worked. I’ve seen the article where they suggest holding down the reader view and selecting a prompt that turns on auto reader view......tried it, didn’t work.
Any other suggestions? Thanks.
