I just logged into windows for the first time in about a week. I had some issues and it froze while shutting down so I held in the power button until it turned off. It did a disk check thing after automatically booting into windows and now every time I turn my mac back on it automatically boots into XP.

I can't seem to find any settings to change this and I already searched the forums with no luck (found some threads but didn't help) I thought there was a way to sat it to always boot to a certain partition??

thanks

have you tried booting while holding option and selecting your Mac partition? also in Windows click on the black diamond icon in the system tray and select Boot Camp settings. from there you can select Startup Disk and then select your Mac partition and click restart.

yeah, that's how I was able to boot back into mac but it would still boot into windows on restart. It's working fine today for some reason, and I don't have the black diamond for boot camp in the system tray anymore, I don't know what happened to it. Thanks though
