Automatically connect to share when connecting to network

I use my MacBook Pro at both home & work, and I'd like to be able to set it up so that as soon as I connect to my home network (at 192.168.1.x), it will connect to a certain share.. then when I get to work (at 192.168.7.x), it will connect to a different share on that network.

I found an application called home & away which meets my needs, but doesn't seem to work with Leopard.
