Have some automations set up based on my home wifi to turn off AOD and turn on when disconnect from wifi but everytime this happens shortcuts send a notification the automation is activated, is there any way to disable those notification but still run the automation?

Check off Notified When Run.
 
Notified when run is only available in certain situations. For example, time-based Automations. Focus on/off.

Arrive/Leave location does not have the option. Connect/Disconnect to wifi and or Bluetooth does not as well. Probably others but those are the ones I've seen/created that does not give the option to disable notifications.

I can live with it as it's taken years to get the option to run automatically on all Automations vs some others were always "Ask". The always ask made Automation not really automations.

Yes that is what I noted with those automations, is annoying to receive those notifications all the time, but at this point it looks like there is no way to turn it off
