For whatever reason, I cannot seem to build an automation in Shortcuts on my Mac to mute/silence my Mac when DnD is enabled. It's very possible I'm doing it incorrectly but I've built enough automations and shortcuts on my iPhone that the same principal should apply to Mac.
My issue: I've found that when I have DnD enabled on my Mac, I'm still getting audio notifications of email and other applications, even though they are set to "Silent" under the DnD focus settings. So my thought was to have an automation mute my Mac when DnD is enabled but apparently, not even that is an option.
Using the link above, I restarted and killed both Notification Center and Control Center but that hasn't worked so I'm out of ideas.
