Automation to set airplane mode removed in iOS17

Tried to setup automation to set airplane mode at 12am and the option has been removed in iOS17.. Is it a bug or anyone else see this issue. I know it used to be possible because I have it on my iPad Pro but that was setup in iOS15. When I try to setup a new automation on either device on iOS17, the option isn't available. The add action option isn't shown anymore either..

In 17, need to add the New Blank Automation and then add Set Airplane Mode action to that.
