Just behind you
Hello i'm simply trying to move files on the desktop to another folder.
I succeeded on another machine but I'm having trouble on another one
As shown below, the script is very basic. I used to do it several time but on my MBP it' just wont work

- Desktop & Documents folders is disable in iCloud
- I granted automator Full disk access
- Checking/unchecking "Repeat for each subfolders found" does not solve the problem

I'm on Catalina. Anyone has an idea of what's wrong ?
Thank you very much

Give /System/Library/CoreServices/Folder Actions Dispatcher.app Full Disk Access.
Open /System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Folder Actions Setup.app, Enable Folder Actions, add the Desktop and the script.

Thanks for you reply. I do appreciate

I followed your steps, even rebooted but it still is not working :(

Any files that are on the desktop arent being moved to that folder

I'm not sure how it is supposed to work, isn't it working for new files added to Desktop?

It's working for me. Try to select using the full path for each folder in Automator and Folder Actions Setup.
