I'm trying to run a recorded Watch Me Do sequence as part of a Quick Action I've created to watermark and compress PDF documents. The watermark is added using the Watermark PDF action and then I use Watch Me Do to open the resulting file in PDF Optim and run a preset for compression. When trying to run the action by right-clicking on a file in the Finder I get an alert that Watch Me Do needs to have Accessibility/Computer Control permissions in Security and Privacy preferences.

I've added both the Quick Action file and Automater to the "Allow the apps bellow to control your computer" list, but I am still getting the error that Watch Me Do needs permission and unable to run the action. Everything works fine if I convert the action to a workflow and run it from within Automator.

How can I make it so Watch Me Do actions are allowed to run in Quick Actions?
