Umm, not sure I understand what you're looking for. Your post doesn't make any sense when I read it anyway. 
I think Toast will allow you to burn a CD that supports auto play. If you want it to work in a PC, you do need an application that is booted though. In Toast 5, it was an advanced option that was mentioned in the manual. Im sure that Toast 6 also has this capability. RTFM!
