Autorun CDs

Does anyone know if there is a built in way (or a free program) to make your custom burned CDs have a program or file that its run automatically?

as far as i know, you can't do this in osx. it would be a nice feature to have, but it's also kind of a security risk. perhaps if you looked into making some kind of shell script to manipulate autodiskmount it could be done, but you'd have to have the script on your computer before you put in the cd.
