AV Cable Help

Hi. I just bought an iPod Touch/iPhone AV cable and was wondering if it was possible, and if it is how to, display EVERYTHING (Home Screen, apps in general) on the computer/TV. I have Mac OS X Tiger and a jailbroken 1.1.3 iPod Touch. Please help!
