MP All Models Availability of the XDR display

Hey guys,
I see the availability of the XDR slipping further and further back, now being at the end of February already!
I really want one but can’t afford it yet.
I hope that by late February I’ll have funds available again but as a freelancer can’t tell yet with certainty.

When do you think Apple will catch up with demand and Order times will go down to a reasonable two week level?
I would hate to have to wait till June at some point

I would guess that this display may end up always have a longer delivery time than some; the volume of sales will probably never be huge given the price point and they'll probably always be trying to keep the manufacturing to JIT. While there's understandably a supply issue with the early rush of purchasers, I also think it won't immediately alleviate, as there seems to be a lot of people very interested but on the fence, and if all of the first buyers are as happy as I've seen so far, that will push the fence sitters to move on one as well.

I'm still waiting on mine. Hard to predict what availability will be in the future but I'd expect sales slow down soon and other vendors (BH Photo and such) will start to have a couple in stock as well.
