iPod Available App Updates..... but not really.

Anyone know what's up with this?

iTunes shows that I have 1 App update available (see the arrow) but when I click '1 Update Available' on the Application screen, I get the screen in the screenshot below.

My apps are up to date on my iPhone as well.

It's been like this (with the '1' next to Applications) for the past few weeks (or longer?).

Anyone know how to clear that '1'? I think it's watching me.
