I was looking at my sbsettingsand noticed the available memory was only 11mb so I reatarted my phone. After the restart I had 64 available. But it goes down to 44 how do I keep it at a higher number cause when I was using my appsniper program I got a msg saying available memory is low please close app and restart device

It sounds like you're using some application that has a memory leak.

Are you Jailbroken? If so, are you running Winterboard?

i am jailbroken, and i was using winterboard but i erased it after it slowed the phone down alot

Do you use any other MobileSubstrate apps? Anything that runs in the background?

If so, try removing that and see if the problem persists.

I also have this problem, my Phone always haves no more than 20,
I also have winterboard and I always use a few "themes" on the iphone.

I have a few apps, but who knows which one its the one with a leak!?

You can use the process of elimination to determine which app(s) leak.

That said, WinterBoard is known to increase SpringBoard's memory consumption (sometimes dramatically), so my first step would be to uninstall both WinterBoard and MobileSubstrate until the cause of the leak can be definitively determined.

ehh, but, if I delete winterboard, that means I cant use the themes!??

and i dont know what mobilesubstrate is!? :(
