Hey all. I'm really hoping someone can help me with this. On my 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 with 512 Gb storage, in Settings > General, it says 512 gGb for capacity, which is accurate. But "Available" says there is 1.03 Tb available which is clearly not accurate. And in the "iPad Storage" I get some insane 20 digit number of 512 gb used. Does anyone know what's up with that and how I can fix it? I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks!

It said something like 1.03 TB available. And that is of course impossible. Since I started this thread a white the iPad and I’m trying to back it up from a different back up then I used originally.

Did you get this problem resolved?

I had an issue years ago but with iCloud storage. My devices would display the incorrect storage details, but Apple support were able to quickly fix it for me.

My 11” is the same. No clue how much space is being used. Its the new Apple.

In the end, I reset the iPad and restored a backup from a different iPad (an 11 inch Pro). Then I had to make sure everything was on the 12.9 iPad I needed for work, etc., rename it. Not an ideal solution, but it worked.
