You do not have permissions to modify the file.
Click the Lock Pad icon at the bottom; then click +; select your user and give it Read&Write permissions; Lock the Pad.
Delete the file.

when I find that file, I will try that one. I just had a SSD put in and will have to find it again, it seems to have gone.
