I'm trying to repack the Avatar Extended cut Blu-ray with the Nav'i subtitles but am having an audio sync issue that's about 1/2 second behind the video by the end of the movie (starts out just fine, then drifts behind). I'm using Clown_BD to extract the video, DTS audio and Nav'i subtitles (which is track 14, BTW), then convert the subtitles to an .idx with BDsup2sub, then using mkvmergeGUI to reassemble the video, DTS audio and converted subs into an mkv. When I open this in Plex, VLC or MPlayer OS X Extended the audio sync problem is the same, suggesting it's in the file itself. Any suggestions for fixing this? It's quite annoying.

BTW - the extended cut fills in a few blanks about the storyline, as do several of the outtakes that never made it into the final film. It's really worth the $25, IMO.

I cant WAIT to watch my extended edition Avatar :D I haven't been able to because school is being ridiculous this week :(

I never like extended editions anyway but I still want to see it :D Its sitting on my desk staring at me.
