Well I snapped this shot in front of The Whaley House in San Diego, during high noon when it was completely sunny, I was moving the camera when I took this. I tried recreating it but wasn't able to get the dark look of it. Maybe it was ghost, The Whaley House is supposed to be one of the most haunted places in the US. LINK

Haha, I've been there.

Maybe you pointed the camera towards the sun, so it adjusted to the severe brightness, and shortly after you look that picture which resulted in a dark image? ...Although the ghost story is far more interesting. :D

Did you go inside and get any pictures of ghosts? :p ;)

It is kind of a cool picture.

I stayed in the Horton Grand Hotel in San Diego 8 years ago which is supposedly haunted. I don't believe in such things, but something strange happened in our room.

We were on a musical tour and I think I was 17. There were a whole bunch of my classmates in our room watching TV, when out of the blue the door to the balcony swings open on its own. Of course it seemed odd. One of my friends got up and at least 5 people watched them shut and lock the door. 5 minutes later, the door swings back open...

Creepy! It was fun though.

Well I been in that place like 6 times and never seen any ghost, most of the time people think they see "orbs" when its really just the reflection of there flash on the glass they blocking off the rooms.

But no I didnt get any pictures inside:(

nice pic...too bad it's not wall paper!

edit: Is that the full size? I thought 2MP was bigger...
No its only VGA quality I think, when you email photos from the iPhone it scales them down, I do have the 2 mp version from syncing my iPhone though if you want it click here

I'd like to believe it's a ghost. It makes the pic more interesting ;) But it's really cool.

I wish you had the option of sending full size 2mp images as mail.

yeah, but how long would it take to send that over edge? even over wifi, it'd still take a good while. i'm sure it wouldn't help your battery life as well.

to the op, i know that's old town sd, but it looks a lot like this street in hillcrest near a dining spot i used to frequent.

Not long for me. I sent some pics yesterday, and it was fun. I just selected the pic and sent it via wi-fi. Zippidy-doo-da-day. I'll try it on Edge at some point, but we all know that's like a dial-up speed and won't send as fast. It's still awesome though.
