i'm looking to build a dynamic website for an automotive company. does anyone know of a good place to get script, etc. for something like this. i'm used to building static websites, so this is my first step into the kind of site.

i use dreamweaver cs3 by the way.

thanks!

PHP is one of the more common languages for creating dynamic web sites so you're likely to find more information and help if you go that route. There are other options though like Java, Ruby on Rails, Perl, and Python.

Ruby on Rails is growing and can be a good solution is you'll be making a lot of database connections as that is what it was designed for.

Perl and Python aren't as easy to use if you're not experienced with them, and Java can have a large learning curve if you're not familiar with Java.

It all depends on what your needs are and what you want to accomplish with the site.
