well for those that had followed my previous problems the MBP is coming back after not being able to use it for a month now  If it has problems still Apple has promised me a brand new one.

Still having problems. I called my representative from earlier and it said I had to leave a message. I did. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to a customer?

Problems still existing:

- dead pixels
- loose hinge
- case popping out a latch
- case popping up at palm rest
- Audio jack still not functioning properly
- RAM still reading 512 RAM running at 0 MHz

New Issues:
- Bluetooth card not being read by logic board

I just sent mine in for a new HDD replacement. I hope they're careful and don't do anything stupid like strip a screw or who knows. Especially scratch it. My MBP is still 99% of mint.
