Back of airpods case swelling after magsafe

I charged my airpods pro in my magsafe and after 10-15 minutes, it is now pregnant ) apple said it is not included in limited warranty but i cant believe it isnt. i need everyones help THANK YOU!!!

Are you talking about the Duo? If so, you need to call Apple back. Either the duo is defective or the AirPods Pro are. Your device shouldn't swell like that.

Were you using the recommended Apple 20w power adapter with the MagSafe charger?

How long have you had the AirPods, this should be covered.

I agree with @hg.wells Your AirPods should be covered. Talk to Apple on chat and show them those pictures.
