I have my desktop and laptop working great with Back to My Mac. When I'm traveling, I can easily access my desktop >90% of the time.

I would like the ability to access my family member's computers while away as well. Is this even possible? I can only see the computers within my account, but not the other accounts that are part of my family plan.

No. You can only use your computers on your account, since the other accounts are other people's emails and such. However, I wish the master account could go onto anyone's computer. Good for parents and such.

Or good for children who want to fix problems with their parents computer from time to time.
