Back To School Tax Holiday started tonight in MO.

My question is that when I have ordered the computer online, it shows an estimated tax of ~$100 and says that this is only an estimate and my final invoice will show the actual charges and my computer ships within 2-4 days. So A) What if the computer ships Monday, after the tax holiday?

Will they only not charge me tax if it ships within the tax holiday?

No input huh?

Typically tax is computed at time of shipping when your method of payment is actually charged. The automated system probably won't provision for these holidays.

This requires a call to apple or you can file for a deduction on your taxes.

Ordered my iMac this morning during the start of the SC tax holiday. The estimated sales tax was NOT on the final invoice. Hope this helps.
