Ok, I didn't know where to post this but I'm trying to do a back up of my phone to iCloud from my computer through iTunes, but it keeps saying not enough memory. I have 189GB available for storage so I don't understand why its saying that. I don't have much on my MacBook Air and its not like I have tons of apps or documents. So what can I do? I am paying for extra memory but its not in use.

You're trying to backup your phone to iCloud through iTunes? Doesn't work like that. If you plug in your phone and click backup thats going straight to iTunes. If you go to Settings -> iCloud -> Backup on the device itself, thats a backup to iCloud. What is the message you are getting, and where is it located.
How much space do you have on your iCloud account? That's probably what the message is referring to.
That message wouldn't pop up on the computer if the OP is making an iTunes backup though.
On your computer? That is computer storage related not iCloud. Backing up through iTunes stores your backup on your machine. The only way to do an iCloud backup is through the device's settings itself.
Really iTunes backup is better anyway. iCloud seems to not be as reliable and you are limited to the space you have. Plus its slower to restore from. Anyone who still has iTunes are better served getting a backup there even if you have the auto daily backup set for iCloud backups. Just my 2 cents for a buck ninety-five.
I keep both backups running. iCloud every night and an encrypted iTunes every 3 days. You have so much more flexibility with an iTunes backup because you can modify it with ibackupbot and only keep health or app data if you choose. Then you can dump the excess bloat.
